“I recommend you definitely give yoga a chance. The yoga class with Ms. Jameela was an amazing adventure. That was the first yoga lesson that I've ever had and it was definitely an eye-opener. I look forward to trying yoga again, thanks to her expertise and knowledge of yoga she taught me that we exercise everything except our breathing. We need to pay more attention to how we breathe and breathe properly. I'm really thankful for the class and the time that we spent learning yoga via zoom it's an opportunity that I will never forget.
